Refund Policy - Applies to 3D, 4D and 5D ONLY If your baby isn’t in an ideal position during your session, we may recommend rescheduling your scan for a later time to give your baby a chance to move. (Please note: complimentary re-scans are not available with Special offers.) There is a $75 sitting fee that you pay at your first visit. This fee is non-refundable and is part of our 3D / 4D / 5D / HD Live ultrasound packages. If we get good pictures at your second visit, you’ll just pay the rest of the package price. But if your baby is still hiding and we can’t finish the session, you don’t have to pay anything more. Your satisfaction is very important to us! If you have any concerns during your visit, please don’t hesitate to let us know before you leave so we can make sure you’re happy with your experience. Best Timing for Ultrasounds. Important Medical Disclaimer Clients must be under prenatal care or have an appointment scheduled with a healthcare provider. If no prior ultrasound has been done, a pregnancy confirmation scan is required. Every elective ultrasound includes a limited diagnostic check (heartbeat, fetal count, position, and placenta). This is NOT a substitute for a full diagnostic ultrasound. We adhere strictly to the highest standards of care.
