Refund Policy

Many factors can influence the quality of your ultrasound images, including your baby’s position, the amount of amniotic fluid, and maternal tissue. Our experienced team will do everything we can to capture the best possible images of your little one.

 

If your baby isn’t in an ideal position during your session, we may recommend rescheduling your scan for a later time to give your baby a chance to move. (Please note: complimentary re-scans are not available with Special offers.)

 

There is a $75 sitting fee that you pay at your first visit. This fee is non-refundable and is part of our 3D / 4D / 5D / HD Live ultrasound packages. If we get good pictures at your second visit, you’ll just pay the rest of the package price. But if your baby is still hiding and we can’t finish the session, you don’t have to pay anything more.
